Refund & Warranty Policies

Refunds:  

• Drop-Ins: An order may be canceled and refunded within 48 hours of payment.  After 48 hours, refunds will be issued on a case-by-case basis and may be issued partially, in full, or not at all at the discretion of the owner.
• Custom Container Designs & Landscape Consulting: Consultation fees are non-refundable. Initial project deposits may be refundable at the discretion of the owner based on materials purchased, if any, at the time of the request.  There are no refunds once a project has completed.

Warranties:  All plants are hand selected for quality control and are guaranteed to be healthy upon delivery/installation.  Please call us within 24 hours of delivery/installation if you find a plant has been damaged and we will replace the plant.  We do not offer warranties on any plant material after 24 hours.  We will provide detailed care instructions for your plants, however you are responsible for watering and caring for them.
